Customer service is nonexistant. As explained to me, they are middlemen between China and buyers and are not responsible for substandard materials. Complaints need to be registered within 14 days but you will not get any response for at least 21 days. I would give no stars if possible.

Wish I could give zero. Do not know how they are in business. Should be closed because they are a fraud !!!

Poor customer service. I was only inquiring about an item when was an item going to be restocked. Was only told 30-60 days. I asked 30-60 days from what day. I was told if I could not wait, I was free to shop elsewhere. I can tell they don't need any new business so I will keep it moving. I saved the chat for proof.

I really wish I would have done a little more research and read the reviews on here before placing my order with TOOLOTS.
THERE IS A REASON THEY DO NOT ALLOW YOU TO LEAVE REVIEWS ON THEIR WEB SITE. I suspect the reviews posted on their web site are fake.
Before I placed my order for a box sealer, I called and asked how long it would be before I received the machine. They told me it would be 5-7 days after purchase. That was on Mar 18. It is now Mar 31. They gave me the number to the shipping company they use. The shipping company told me it would be another 7 days before I receive the machine. I am starting to think this is all one big scam. If I do not receive the machine by this Fri, I will file a claim with my bank. I recommend that for all the other people on here that have also been scammed. It might be easier for your bank to collect.
WE SHOULD ALL UNIT AND TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THIS PLACE. At least we can help protect future potential victims.

We bought a semi-automatic filling machine -they charged us almost 300 dollars to ship because they said they would send it in a crate. The package arrived in a cardboard box, and the equipment was damaged. They told us they would replace the equipment and gave us a fake tracking number for the replacement machine. This has happened more than 10 days ago and we never received the "replacement". No point in calling - they never pick up the phone, their chat is automated so nobody is really there to help or solve the situation.

Terrible company, never answers the phone to correct bad equipment under warranty. Put you on music hold all day. We called on 2 different lines and were on music hold all day. The sales department always answers. (Imagine That) Service and shipping never answer. After you email enough and get a response they blame the Chinese manufacture for not supporting the warranty. Throw the item away and move on.

Do not buy anything from these people. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Purchased 2 screw compressors and neither will work as per the setup and wiring info that was sent with the units. We will have to file claims with our cc company and paypal to receive our money back. Toolots gives no support. They refer all problems to the manufacturer. The communication from the china manufacturers is very poor at best.
Stay away.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They are the absolute worse to deal with. I ordered a wine cooler from them and immediately cancelled with them after never being able to get anyone on the phone. I have spent hours and hours on hold with this company and can never get anyone on the phone. There is zero customer service! I cancelled before my item was even close to being shipped and a week later I still have not received my money back. This company is a joke, I already filed a complaint with the BBB which they have a F rating with. Read all of those reviews, I will also be filing a police report and contacting my bank. Do yourself a favor and do not buy from this company, it's an absolute nightmare!!!

It's really bad. Ordered an electric hoist. Arrived damaged. Have spent many hours trying to get a response. Has Vanessa Martinez on chat. So after sending pics of damaged product, she disconnected the chat. She has now blocked my e-mails to her. I have also been hung up on twice.

Same as everyone else. Bought an item for $200, shipping was not calculated until AFTER purchase, and it was over $300 for a total price of $500. Cancelled the order on the same day, still haven't gotten a response from them on a refund (they charged me) and have tried every avenue possible to get in contact with them. I believe they are a scam company.

I saw their Ad on FB, followed the link and ordered 2 items. It took them a month to send 1 item. Item arrived damaged. The second item never received, yet they charged me shipping for both.
Customer service is the worst. They never answer their phone. Also each time I emailed them, I waited a week to get a response with 1 or 2 words. Never answered my questions, never refunded my money. I would stay away from this website
